LaShay Callaway is a passionate and driven transactional attorney who leverages her skills in drafting and research to provide comprehensive resources to assist her clients with achieving their goals. Ms. Callaway manages Callaway Law Group, LLC, a small firm in Atlanta, Georgia that specializes in real estate, estate planning, probate, and private equity.  With nearly 20 years of legal experience, she leads a dedicated professional team providing high-quality legal services to individuals, families, and businesses. She enjoys working with her staff to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and diversity. Above all, Ms. Callaway is committed to delivering exceptional results, building lasting relationships, and creating value for her clients and her community.

Ms. Callaway earned her B.A. from Spelman College and her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law.  After law school, she practiced her first six years in big law focusing on white collar crimes before pursuing her dreams of opening her own firm.  Ms. Callaway has been in private practice for the last twelve years and finds it rewarding to assist clients with their very personal needs whether it’s acquiring/conveying real estate, planning for their future, helping when a loved one has passed, or assisting with their venture capital journey.
